Balgores Leasing Ltd are pleased to announce that we are approved as a member of the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association). The BVRLA is a body which stands for quality, integrity and value for money.

BVRLA has a code of conduct which all its members have to comply with. Primarily the function of the BVRLA is to regulate the industry, to lobby on its behalf and to provide members with services. It also campaigns on behalf of the business car user. This should ensure that customers who obtain rental or leasing facilities from its members have a right to expect and receive the highest levels of service, honesty and integrity. Leasing broker members will always strive to deliver a high level of service and ensure that its customers never have cause to complain. On the few occasions that a complaint arises this should be handled promptly and efficiently. The BVRLA conciliation service is available to assist in settling any unresolved dispute.

In order to become a member of the BVRLA we had to undergo inspection and show that our procedures meet strict standards. Only companies who have passed this are able to display the BVRLA logo on their correspondence and websites. Therefore when you see this logo you know that you have chosen to deal with a company which upholds the standards you have a right to expect and receive. The BVRLA demands ethical trading, clear pricing and payment profiles. All vehicles offered to customers must meet current manufacturer's specifications and we must clearly identify any variations on our quotations and correspondence. Details of cancellation fees must also be clearly displayed on order forms.

Those of you who are already customers will have come to expect these standards from Balgores Leasing. Our membership of the BVRLA will give new customers confidence that these standards will be met and often surpassed.
